The team at MacRevival was so wonderful when my computer crashed recently. They did some troubleshooting while I was there, explained everything clearly to me, and did what they could to recover my device. Most of all it was so reassuring to be standing face to face with empathetic and kind people instead of the more anonymous experience of talking to the Help desk of the manufacturer. It's also great that they sell new computers and accessories at the same price point as the manufacturer and have more affordable options that are refurbished in-house. 100% recommend for computer woes and for supporting a local business when you need a new device.

Took my 7 year old desktop to MacRevival to update to Windows 11. After they analyzed the computer, I found that it was cost effective to purchase a refurbished computer. They transferred all my files and programs and I was back up and running in less than a week. They threw in an hour of free tech support.

I needed help updating my laptop and called Mac Revival. I wanted help from a professional service as opposed to asking a friend. Mac Revival is located about 2+ hours from where I live and I asked if they would consider helping me with this over the phone/or video conference. From the very first call I was met with caring, upbeat courtesy and an understanding of my needs. I was glad when I heard they could help me over the phone. They told me how we would go about the update and sent me the required backup part I would need to complete it. With a second call a kind associate helped me use the backup part. The third call began with slow step by step instructions to install an updated os. I could tell that Tom was well versed in his work by the speed and ease of his instructions. By now I had formed a working trust in him and his company which was critical as I allowed him access to my laptop remotely. He shared my screen and he could direct it autonomously. We went through a sequence of many failed attempts to install the new program. My heart dropped at each failed attempt as my confidence in Tom grew. It was amazing to me how he quickly and calmly reacted and adapted to every turn in the sequence of events. We concluded that my laptop wasn’t going to update without an installer part. I was instructed calmly - with a smile I could hear through the phone on what we could do next. I was quickly sent the installer on loan and had a date set up for when we could complete the process. To make this a little shorter review I can say that the update was completed with success. And more than that; with my permission Tom added a few apps that blocked ads from sites I regularly use and some security apps. too. I was so relieved and happy at the completed process! After years of experience handeling laptops the inevitable finally happended - I dropped my Mac and destroyed the screen! Didn't know what to do so I took it to MacRevival where they kindly informed me that I must have purchsed Apple Care when I orignally purchased the computer (Who knew?!) and they could assist me in sending it off to Apple for repair. They backed up my files, boxed the computer up, and when it was returned restored all my information and double checked that the computer was working properly. Very pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them for any and all of your comptuer repair needs.

Because my computer was 14 years old it was too small to update to Windows 11. MacRevival sold me a new computer with the update installed. They then transferred all the files and computer stuff I needed from my old bulky computer to a very small one. My computer was compromised by bad people who represented themselves as Microsoft tech support. They gained access to my banking information. I had to have my computer cleaned. MacRevival performed the cleaning. They assured me that my computer was safe to use. They understood how much I depend upon my computer, and they worked quickly to return it to me. Always a pleasant and helpful experience. I have purchased 2 refurbished computers from them. Also, once when I was waiting, I couldn't help sort of overhearing another customer's conversation; my impression was that they recovering from a life crisis and after all of the relevant phone and computer issues were resolved, the customer was asked, "Do you need more help? I can give you information on community services for people in your situation..." Really great, caring folks work there. And thanks for supporting WERU (89.9 on your FM dial)!

I don’t know what I would have done without this place! My MacBook battery died this morning and they were able to squeeze me in, which I really didn’t expect. In 30 mins after drop off I had a new battery, charger, and thoughtful instructions on how to optimize the new battery life. Such a relief to not have to send my laptop off to Apple and wait days/weeks! I feel so lucky to have this place nearby and I’ll definitely be going back when I need my next service. Thanks guys!!
